Panic Panic Panic
January 30th, 2010 | by admin |Having never suffered from panic attacks or any from of general anxiety disorder I could not really comment on the symptoms or effects that such an attack could bring.
However the other day I suffered one of the most terrifying experiences that I have ever witnessed! There was this guy having a panic attack outside the superstore and the sheer terror on his face was impressive. To be honest I thought he was being killed or something, but I quickly realized that the was nothing majorly wrong with him, other than the fact that he was breathing very quickly and looking in a pretty bad state.
I can now understand the need for anxiety therapy
