How to Buy Foreclosed Homes
February 12th, 2010 | by admin |Isn’t it a nice feeling to know that you can buy foreclosed homes for a fraction of what they cost new. But I wonder does anybody think of the poor owners who have just lost these properties. Should somebody else be allowed gain like this becuause of somebody else’s misfortune – I have to say it doesn’t sit easy with me. I know I hear you say well that is capitalism and such is life but shouldn’t there be a better way. People shouldn’t be forced from their houses – I think the bank or lender should be forced into a lease back hire or something like that.
