Wooden Worktops by Norfolk Oak. Routing out a series of custom alterations to a solid wooden worktop. Starts with measuring and construction of templates for the wooden worktops through to the actual cuts with the router and the finished wooden worktop.

This video is designed to demonstrate the use of a router. Its just one example of how a router may be used, showing the cleanness of the cuts when cutting something as tough as an Oak worktop. Other examples for future videos would include how a router can make circular cutouts and also cuts of varying depths, important when routing drainage grooves. The setup has been carried out slowly for the purposes of filming, with each stage exaggerated so that the viewer can see how the router operates.
