We are installing a new bathroom vanity and a cultured marble sink/top. Am wondering what is the best product (some type of adhesive???) to use to secure the top to the vanity base. Or will the weight of the top hold it in place?

What should be used to secure a sink to the vanity?

You just need a several dabs of silicone to attach it to the base cabinet.

A good silicone caulk should do the trick:

Usually , the cultured top is not fastened to the vanity at all . The only thing a contractor will do is , caulk the edges where it meets the wall (which will hold it in place just fine ). If desired , you could use clear silicone caulk on top of the vanity before placing the top but this could get very messy as it may move around a bit when connecting water/waste lines .
