How do I update tile bath vanity tops?

I just bought a house that has white tile bath vanity tops & drop in sinks. I’d like to replace the tops with cultured marble tops/integrated sinks, but the sizes aren’t standard. What are my options of replacing with a solid material without removing the existing tops? ex: overlay with another material? I’m on a limited budget so very expensive materials aren’t an option.

Knock the whole complete top off from under the sink and replace with plywood and tile of choice or formica or whatever you like………usually just take the sink loose and drive the top up and off……..good luck.
