Does anyone know of an ancient city that was by the sea and the building were constructed of pink marble?

The inside of the buildings, or at least one major building, was polished pink marble.
Big Mama, Thank you for trying. I appreciate that you took the effort to search but unfortunately, this isn;t the city or building I’m looking for. I’m looking for.
Sorry. I wrote the last sentence twice but can’t delete it.
Kept searching and discovered the building was pink limestone and the city was Alexandria.

Thanks, anyway.

I don’t know if it is by the sea, but there is a Baptistry in Parma, Italy that was built between 1196 and 1270. It was constructed of pink Verona marble by Benedetto Antelami. It is near the Parma River.
