You should have shortened this to 1 minute. At least delete the first 3 minutes for gods sake. Do you really need to show someone how to open a toolbox?

Now remenber, Tile grout overtime will look like a dirty shower grout, the kitchen is the center of all homes go with a hand selected slab and find a resonable fabricator to fab&install your granite, don’t go with pre-fab or manufactured stone like corian, quartz, silestone, okite or formica etc I’ve replaced many of does materials, and guys, remenber we get our meals from the wife and are cooked in the kitchen so make it look nice. It adds value to your home and puts a smile on family&friends.

    Granite countertops …
Granite countertops will need support under their entire surface, especially the area around the sink, which has a much narrower support towards the front and back (assuming it’s a drop-in-sink).
Normal wear-and-tear will put put stress on the stone which, unless it has good support, will be liable to crack and possible collapse.
Are these reputable installers? How do joints look? Finished edges?
I would suggest having someone out to look at the work and then confronting the installers. ASAP.
