marble flooring or tiles flooring which is more durable and less costs?

marble flooring is the more expensive of the two. It is also the easier to clean and maintain. Marble will also last far longer than the house itself. Tile is cheaper, but the grout between them makes cleaning more difficult. Tile is also easier and cheaper to replace.

Marble is more durable but cost more, tile would be the cheapest way to go.
