Baby Cost: Lowering Your Baby Expenses

Reducing baby expenses is a big concern in baby’s first year. I know it to be mine when having our first child. All the baby stuff was confusing to me being a person that didn’t really know much about babies and been around mother’s who had them, so I didn’t really know what to spend my money, to keep within your budget of $800.00 for the baby’s first year. I fell in a trap of spending money on things that I didn’t need. These are two things that I found helpful to start out with:

Very first: You can look at second-hand baby clothes shops. I found that a whole lot of the second hand clothing to be in outstanding condition. My children in their early years do not wear out their baby clothing; they just got them soiled from spills. So examine them prior to purchasing. And they even carry the bigger items that you can look at purchasing like cribs, bassinets, strollers, carrying devices, and play pens, just make sure the items, especially cribs met safety regulations.

Second thing you can do if a baby shower has been arranged for you and is in your immediate future you can register at a baby store and check off items that you are wishing for and still needing to obtain for your little bundle of joy. And place the store which you did this on the baby shower invitation.
