How to cut Designer Curves in Pink Italian Marble with a wet saw and using the ARCUS Contoured All Purpose Masonry Blade. Cuts inside and outside curves in granite, ceramic porcelin, marble,
travertine,and other stone tiles. Blade has a coutoured shape that cuts a radius 15 inches and larger. Bevel angel on this saw is set at 7 degrees to achieve a 90 degree edge and a shim was used to keep the contoured shape away from saw. Cut was made at Louisville Tile / louisvilletile.com.     I have cut curves …
    I have cut curves as thin as 1 inch in marble and granite. To make this easier I made a fixture with a pivot point so that the curve was consistant. The granite was more stable and was less likely to crack.

    Yes, you can put the Arcus Blade in a circular saw. I don’t recommend using water around a circular saw.
