Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. It helps you lose weight (or maintain your weight), it keeps your heart and lungs healthy, and it keeps muscles and joints strong and healthy.

But what about your mind?

Countless studies now show that keeping active is as helpful for your mind as it is for your body, and for someone with an anxiety disorder, this is of particular interest.

By simply being active for 20 or 30 minutes a day, you can greatly reduce your day to day anxiety levels, and at the same time you can reduce or even eliminate your panic attacks.

Have you ever heard of the concept of conversational hypnosis? or maybe it was referred to as covert hypnosis. Either way it is a skill that can help a lot of people and many are using it to improve their lives.

It sounds very serious and underground but in reality it is not too far away from traditional hypnotism. The main difference is that you do not take somebody into trance the usual way, instead you speak to them and do it through your words and tone.

It can be used very effectively to help people lose weight, end phobias and give up smoking for example. You can learn it to. Just go to learn covert hypnosis.

One of the biggest problems in how to save a relationship is that people believe the symptoms of the problem are the problem itself.

For instance, many people think an affair is a problem that causes break ups. In truth, the affair is a symptom of a deeper problem. For instance, a lack of true intimacy can lead to a straying spouse. While most people look at the affair as the problem, the underlying cause of the affair was the lack of intimacy in the primary relationship. If you do not deal with the lack of intimacy, you might be able to keep another affair from starting through the use of guilt, but another problem could still pop up because you haven’t dealt with the core issue.

When you start to deal with core issues rather than symptoms, you can save the relationship.
